Sealed bids will be received at the Butler Township Administration Building, 8524 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton, OH 45414, until 11:00 a.m. for the Rodeway Inn Demolition Project on July 22, 2011 as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the Trustees Meeting Room.

The work consists of the DEMOLITION of the former Rodeway Inn located at 4079 Little Road. Bidders are required to pick up a bid packet for further specifications and plans. One Prime Contract is required for General Trades Demolition and removal of hazardous/regulated materials (asbestos).

Specifications are available at the Butler Township Administration Building, 8524 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, OH 45414, at a cost of Twenty-Five dollars ($25.00), nonrefundable, for one set of documents, made payable to the Butler Township Trustees.
